Arrive a few minutes before start time if you need to pay.

Bring your own yoga mat and blocks as they will not be provided.

You may like to bring a cushion and blanket for the Yin practice (Monday).

All classes are for 90 minutes - in English.

Book your place in advance as classes are for 12 maximum (see cancellation policy).

If you turn up without booking, there might not be a spot available.

Class packages are for 30 days from start date, with either a 4, 8, or unlimited classes. You can also drop in for a single class.
